Do you accept insurance?

My practice is a cash-based practice, meaning I do not accept insurance. However, I do take HSA cards and insurance may cover lab tests ordered by me, as well as prescriptions.

Can you prescribe medications?

Yes, I can. In the state of Arizona, Naturopathic Physicians are allowed to prescribe medications.

what is your cancellation POLICY?

In order to respect both of our time, a strict cancellation policy will be enforced. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please do so more than 24 hrs in advance. If the changes or cancellations occur after the 24-hour window, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged. For a "no show"/missed appointment, the full appointment fee will be charged.
