Cancellation Policy

To respect your and my time, a strict cancellation policy will be enforced. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please do so more than 24 hrs in advance. If the changes or cancellations occur after the 24-hour window, 50% of the appointment fee will be obtained. For a “no-show” aka a missed appointment, the full appointment fee will be kept.
